Terms & Conditions – ENDURA​

These terms and conditions outline the agreement between you and ENDURA when booking and attending appointments.

 

1. Appointments

All sessions at ENDURA are by appointment only and can be booked online or via direct contact.

It is your responsibility to ensure you have selected the appropriate service. If you are unsure, please get in touch prior to booking.

 

2. Cancellation Policy

We require a minimum of 48 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment.

Appointments cancelled or rescheduled with less than 48 hours’ notice may be charged in full.

Failure to attend your appointment without notice (no-show) will result in the full session fee being charged.

 

3. Late Arrivals

If you arrive late, your session may be shortened to avoid impacting other clients. The full appointment fee may still apply.

 

4. Payments

Payment is required at the time of booking or immediately after your session, depending on the service.

Prepaid sessions are non-refundable. Late cancellations or missed appointments will result in the session being deducted.

 

5. Health & Medical Information

You agree to provide accurate and up-to-date health information prior to your appointment.

ENDURA reserves the right to refuse or modify treatment if it is deemed unsafe or unsuitable.

 

6. Results & Outcomes

While treatments and sessions are designed to support recovery, strength, and wellbeing, results may vary between individuals. No guarantees can be made regarding outcomes.

 

7. Personal Responsibility

By attending sessions at ENDURA, you acknowledge that you are participating voluntarily and are responsible for your own health and wellbeing during and after treatment.

 

8. Liability

ENDURA will not be held liable for any injury or loss sustained where all reasonable care has been taken.

 

9. Clinic Etiquette

Please arrive no more than 10 minutes before your appointment and use the buzzer at the main entrance to access the building.

 

10. Changes to Terms

ENDURA reserves the right to update these terms and conditions at any time. The latest version will be available on our website.
